Development Opportunities

You’ll Like Working with Us

The Foss Waterway Development Authority welcomes the opportunity to partner with developers interested in expanding in our community.

Our main purpose is to sell publicly owned property on the waterway for development. We also lease some properties and manage parks and other business interests along the waterway.

We have established relationships with many agencies that have a role in development, enabling us to be an advocate for developers when working with regulatory agencies.

In addition to a package of site amenities, we offer assistance behind the scenes.

  • Interested parties meet early in the process to ensure a smooth approval process.

  • We try to maintain key contacts at each government agency to facilitate communication and needs.
